PHLL is required by Little League International (LLI) to maintain a written ASAP (A Safety Awareness Program).  Each year the ASAP is updated, submitted to LLI,  and reviewed at a required "Safety Clinic" with all managers.  

The purpose of the ASAP is to provide details of Palm Harbor Little Leagues Safety Awareness Program (specific rules, league information, safety information and other important information) to managers and coaches.  PHLL provides a paper copy of PHLL ASAP to each team manager and is required to be at the field for reference for all PHLL practices and games.
