PHLL plays all home baseball and softball games on public fields run by Palm Harbor Parks and Recreation. Palm Harbor Parks and Recreation is the local non-profit that is charged with managing parks, recreation and leisure services within the unincorporated community of Palm Harbor, Florida.
PHLL determines if fields are playable. You will notified by the league or your Manager if the fields are not playable due to the weather. In some cases, the fields may be closed to the public but open for play for PHLL.
Palm Harbor Parks and Recreation is a tremendous partner and supporter of PHLL operations by providing the field space through a user group agreement at a nominal fee with priority use of the fields and 4 batting cages. In return, PHLL provides support for routine baseball and softball specific needs for the fields as approved by Palm Harbor Parks and Recreation. Needs such as batting/field netting, bases, temporary outfield fencing, painting of dugouts, etc...
