The fiscal year of PHLL is October 1st through September 30th of each each.  Each year the board of directors elects it's board officers effective October 1st.  Monthly meetings are scheduled for the first Wednesday of each month and are subject to change.  Please check the website's calendar for the meeting notice.  Below are the monthly PHLL board meeting minutes for the PHLL board.
